Mike’s qualifications include a  First Class BSc Hons. in Geoscience (University of St Andrews), a PhD in Geology (University of Dublin), post-doctoral studies (University of Southampton), and a Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics (Edith Cowan University).

With over 14 years of consulting experience, Mike specialises in structural geology and mineral resource estimation, in addition to geological mapping, 3D modelling of mineral systems, and structural interpretation of both soft and hard-rock 2D and 3D seismic and tomography survey data. He also utilises the latest in GIS applications and applies machine learning to provide the most cost-effective solutions.

Mike has worked for government and the private sector.

During his years of consulting, Mike has been able to develop a strong network with like-minded consultants operating either independently or as part of larger consulting firms. Bryce's qualifications include a First Class BSc Hons and PhD in Geology (University of Newcastle).

Bryce prides himself on leadership and the delivery of holistic and rationalised approaches to exploration. With over 16 years of consulting experience, Bryce specialises in structural geology and geological modelling of mineral systems, geophysical interpretation, advanced alteration and geochemistry analysis, and prospectivity analysis, leading to project generation.

Bryce’s expertise extends across the theoretical and practical applications, having worked in Exploration Management and Head of Exploration roles in the junior exploration sector in recent years. In these roles, Bryce worked closely with Company management and Boards, prioritising exploration budgets, logistics and potential outcomes.

Bryce complements strong technical skills with commercial acumen for the identification and assessment of mining and exploration resource growth opportunities. He has managed due-diligence teams and completed asset valuations as well as facilitating successful negotiations on asset sales with successful outcomes.

Bryce’s expertise culminates in strong technical skills. He is a recognised Practitioner and Specialist under the VALMIN Code, including reporting to various markets such as the Australian Securities Exchange, and is a Competent Person under the JORC Code for numerous mining commodities.
